For the first time Vapormatt, the world’s leading wet blasting company, will be exhibiting at the MMTS show in Montreal. The show which takes place May 16-18th acts as the Launchpad for Vapormatt’s new Puma machine.
Co-exhibiting with their Canadian agent, Massfin, Vapormatt will be presenting their wet blast technology to an audience of 4,500 buyers and influencers. As a show targeted at the machine tool, tooling and metalworking industries Vapormatt expect the show to be a success having developed a large amount of experience in these fields.
The introduction of wet blasting to the Canadian markets is an exciting step for Massfin who have a long history of supplying vibro finishing technology to a larger aerospace customer base. “Being able to offer wet blasting as a complementary step in the production makes for an attractive offering” comments Massfin’s CEO, Branko Cvetkovic. “Currently users will often require a secondary surface treatment in their production. The finer and more uniform finish of the wet blasted surface will make any vibro processes more efficient.” He concludes.
As a company with a long history of selling machines into the aerospace industry Vapormatt have an extensive list of applications and supporting machines for the surface finishing of aero engine and critical components. “This is an exciting opportunity for Vapormatt as we look to grow our presence in international aerospace markets” observes David Clements of Vapormatt. “Being able to work alongside Massfin offers us better access to the market and also higher levels of productivity for the end users.”
