As an environmentally friendly alternative to chemical cleaning, the Vapormatt Profelis in line system will wet blast, rinse and dry continuous wire, cable and strip products to a high standard.
Having been designed to fit into existing process lines the Profelis has a very compact footprint and is ruggedly constructed from non corrosive materials compatible with the wet blast process to ensure a long working life.
The product is drawn through the Profelis machine where it passes through a wet blast process head, a pre rinse section, a "hot wash" final rinse section and a drying zone. Please note that the in-line hotwash machine is not included.
Considerable process customisation is possible.
