Vapormatt is to open a new sales and technical support centre in Thailand, extending its service to customers in Southeast Asia. The new office will bring Vapormatt closer to companies within the region who require advice, systems and services from the global leaders in wet blasting technology, including all the latest knowhow and specialist maintenance to help keep their machines in optimum condition.
Vapormatt already operates a distributor network for its growing customer base in the region but the new facility will provide even better local support and also act as a distribution centre for spare parts. “We’re looking forward to offering a new level of service to meet the needs of our customers in what is a growing market for us,” explained Allan Parker, Vapormatt Asia Branch Office Manager.
The launch of the Thailand office will follow a number of steps that Vapormatt has recently taken to improve its customer service levels. A complete website overhaul has now been completed to provide customers with access to new resources, technical support and easier ways than ever to talk to Vapormatt about their requirements. In addition, Vapormatt has recently introduced a fully autonomous wet blasting system called Jaguar that provides customers with state-of-the-art technology and further confirms the company’s reputation as a pioneer in its sector.
The Thailand office, which will be staffed by a team of four Vapormatt sales and support engineers, can be found in Bang Saen in the Chon Buri region.
