The Vapormatt Bulldog wet blasting and rinsing machine is designed to give incredibly even blasting, enabling uniform and precisely finished parts.
Components to be blasted are placed in pallets on two separate turntables. This allows one pallet to be blasted whilst the other is rinsed and, if required, partially dried in a separate chamber. The Bulldog consists of a two load chambers, which provide rinsing and some drying, and a blasting chamber. The blast nozzles will traverse across the table by a set bandwidth, the frequency of the nozzles movement is predetermined by a number of turntable revolutions to keep the blast consistent and uniform. Rinse nozzles are located above the pallet to ensure a thorough rinse pattern is achieved to saturate the inserts and remove any loose media. After rinsing, surface water is removed from the pallet and inserts using the customer supplied compressed air through the rinse nozzles.
